Step 1: Consultation & Assessment

Step 3: Expert Installation

Open-Cell Spray vs. Closed-Cell Spray: What's Actually Right for You?
Open-Cell Spray Foam:
Better for soundproofing or internal walls. Being open-cell, it has superior dampening capability with some good insulation value.
Cheaper spray foam insulation and has a very good R-Value for price paid.
Open-cell spray foam allows moisture vapor to pass through, and can be used for internal application where vapor permeability is a benefit.
Closed-Cell Spray Foam:
Higher R-value per inch makes closed-cell spray the premium choice for maximum insulation performance. This polyurethane foam acts as both insulation and moisture barrier, providing dual protection for your building envelope.
Acts as a moisture barrier while adding structural strength to your home. More expensive but longer-lasting, closed-cell spray foam delivers superior performance in challenging environments.

Open-cell is lighter, more flexible, and excellent for interior walls and sound dampening. Closed-cell is denser, stronger, and provides a vapor barrier - ideal for exterior walls and moisture prone areas. We'll help you determine which is right for where.
"How long before I need to replace this stuff?"
Quality spray foam insulation is exceptionally durable, typically lasting the lifetime of your structure (40+ years). Unlike traditional insulation that settles and degrades, spray foam maintains its performance characteristics over decades.

Once cured (which happens quickly), spray foam is inert and non-toxic. During installation, we follow strict safety protocols including proper ventilation and temporary relocation if necessary. Your peace of mind is part of our process.
"Will I need to vacate during installation?"
